The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Bangladesh Health Reporters Forum will be held on Thursday, 18 June at the BHRF training centre in Dhanmondi, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Members are encouraged to register by 5 June through the member portal.
The agenda for this year's meeting includes the annual reports from the President, General Secretary, and Treasurer; the report of the auditor; presentation of the proposed amendment to the BHRF code of ethics; and elections to two open positions on the executive committee. A full notice with attached documents will be sent to members by email this week.
This year's AGM will also feature a closed-door session for members on data ethics in health reporting, led by BHRF's Joint Secretary Shahnaz Begum and an external panel of clinicians and lawyers. The session is open to current members only and will not be on the record.
Members travelling from outside Dhaka are eligible for a partial travel reimbursement under the standard policy. The reimbursement form is available from the office secretary.
